Being a family who love the adventure of camping we've certainly had our fair share of successful trips, aswell as some more challenging experiences, so we've tried to include all the details that we feel that we ourselves would appreciate! We hope to provide you with a comfortable camping experience without the hassle of packing everything but the kitchen sink!

THE BELL TENT

Our spacious 5 metre bell tent sleeps up to 4 people and includes:-
A double bed with mattress and memory foam topper
2 single blow up matresses.
1 x double duvet & 4 pillows
2 x single duvets & 2 pillows
Bed linens
Blankets & throws
Natural coir flooring mats
Clothes rail and hangers
Welly/muddy boots tray
Log burner, logs, kindling and eco firestarters
Kettle and a selection of mugs for that first and last brew of the day!
A selection of kids books and toys
Bedside tables
House plants
A selection of solar powered lamps, battery operated tealights & fairy lights
Cosy rugs
Selection of books and games
Door mat inside and out
Torches
Ear plugs and eye masks (if you know you know!)
First aid kit
The bell tent has windows that can be unzipped for ventilation and sides that can be unzipped and rolled up for hot days and a canopy useful as an outdoor sun shade or to shelter from the rainshowers!

Compost toilet with solar lighting, eco toilet roll and sawdust
Handwash area with handwash and hand towels
Gas powered shower with HOT water!
Natural/eco shower gel, shampoo and condtioner.
Changing area with mirror, clothes hooks and bench
Towels - hand and medium sized.
Washing up area with hot water

The outdoor kitchen

A well equipped, undercover, outdoor kitchen area with space to prepare and cook food.
Cool box with ice and ice packs
Washing up area with hot water (located at the bathroom area).
Eco washing up detergent, cloths, washing up brush, teatowels,

Fire pit (extra logs can be purchased during your stay)
Deck chairs
Table, chairs and parasol
Access to mains drinking water
Wheelbarrow for getting your belongings from your car if needed
1 x parking space a short walk from the bell tent area
Access to mains electric for phone charging
Polytunnel and garden allotment area come and see what we are growing!
Childrens play area slide, swing, monkey bars, trampoline and mud kitchen -Shared with us and used at own risk
Solar powered festoon lights and lanterns dotted around the site

Whilst this is an exclusive site for you (meaning there will be no other guests staying here at the same time) please be aware that our home is here and this is a working smallholding! We will provide you with plenty of privacy and peace, but, you will likely be aware that we are here and we will be going about our daily jobs and pottering about. You are more than welcome to join us to feed the chickens and tend to the organic vegetable patches! We can show you the best trees to climb and where to make the best mud pies and if you are bringing your children there's plenty of space and toys we are happy to share!
