HIKING AND TREKKING
Get ready to explore the stunning scenery that surrounds us at Hill View Glamping. Being on the North/Mid Wales border we are perfectly situated for those who love to get out for walks and hikes. We are located at the edge of Snowdonia National Park and just 15 minutes drive away from Caddair Idris. Whether you're an experienced hiker or a novice, the local walks and ones in the wider area are sure to impress and help you feel invigorated and connected with nature.

MACH LOOP
If you plan to stay with us during the week you may just get to see RAF low level flight training taking place. Not just a spectacle for aviation enthusiasts, it's a pretty impressive sight for all and you'll get great views right from your tent as we are situated in one of the valleys making up the "Mach Loop" flight training circuit. We are 10 minutes drive from one of the popular viewing spots too if you want to get an even closer look! The planes are certainly a talking point but blink and you'll miss it and be assured that the flights are only a few times a day so won't impact on your peace and quiet too much.
MOUNTAIN BIKING
Get your adrenaline pumping and explore the local trails we have in the surrounding areas. The Coed-Y-Brenin mountain biking trails are only 35 minutes drive away or get out locally to explore without needing to take the car. We have outdoor washing facilities for muddy bikes and gear and can offer secure storage for your bikes. We can even offer guided Mountain bike tours so please email us for more info.
